1. Does the Horse Creek Ranch Homeowner's Association (HCRHOA) have an address or a way to contact someone on the board?
Yes, you can either contact HCRHOA by mail or by email. Address is P.O. Box 92, Moody, TX 76557. Email address is hcrhoa@gmail.com.

2. Why doesn't the HCRHOA have a phone number?
The Homeowners Assocation does not have an office and the Board Members are constantly changing so we cannot provide a good solid phone number.

3. Can anyone join the Horse Creek Ranch Homeowners Association (HCRHOA)?
If you have purchased property with Horse Creek Ranch or Legend Oaks, you are eligible to join the board.

4. Can I attend the Board Meetings? When and where are they usually held?
If you own property in Horse Creek Ranch or Legend oaks you can attend the meetings. Meeting times, dates, and places will be posted on this website under "Meetings".

5. I know that the HCRHOA has dues, but how much and when are they due?
Dues are $50.00 per year and are due at the beginning (January 1st) of every year.
