1. Does the Horse Creek Ranch Homeowner's Association (HCRHOA) have an address or a way to contact someone on the board?

2. Why doesn't the HCRHOA have a main phone number?
The Homeowners Assocation does not have an office and the Board Members are constantly changing so we cannot provide a good solid phone number. To contact a specific board member go to the Board Members page.

3. Can anyone join the Horse Creek Ranch Homeowners Association (HCRHOA)?
If you have purchased property with Horse Creek Ranch or Legend Oaks, you are a member and are eligible to join the board.

4. Can I attend the Board Meetings? When and where are they usually held?
If you own property in Horse Creek Ranch or Legend oaks you are encouraged to attend the meetings. Meeting details will be posted on the front page of the website.

5. I know that the HCRHOA has dues, but how much and when are they due?
Dues are $100.00 a year for one lot. Each additional lot owned is an additional 60% of the current yearly dues. Payment is due at the beginning (January 1st) of every year.
