Horse Creek Ranch was on a Wildlife Management Plan (WMP) that consisted of all the landowners working together to keep wildlife tax deductions.
At the beginning of 2006, the Bell County tax office decided that it was not possible as a whole to maintain a WMP, because of tax laws indicating that each landowner is responsible for their own WMP. Each landowner was then assessed at the beginning of 2007 for compliance of wildlife management.
This section contains information for landowners of Horse Creek Ranch like what is expected of each landowner to maintain their wildlife exemption.
Horse Creek Ranch Homeowners Association (HCRHOA) tries to keep each landowner informed of any changes that are made to wildlife exemption by keeping this website as up-to-date and accurate as possible, but if you cannot find an answer to any of your questions please contact any member of the HCRHOA. One of them may be able to help, but if not, they will direct you to someone who can.
